Serving our community
We desire to be a vital part of our community in as many ways as possible, demonstrating God’s love and grace to those he puts in our path.
Upcoming Event
Each September, we have the privilege of serving at the Catonsville Arts and Crafts Festival as a way to connect with our community. We serve behind the scenes to help make this a successful event that draws over 250 artists, crafters, local businesses and civic groups to Catonsville every year. We setup traffic barricades to clear the streets as vendors arrive to setup their booths and then help them know where to park after unloading their vehicles. Then at the end of the day, it’s the same thing in reverse!

We kick-off the Christmas season with a special evening of candlelit tables, Christmas carols, homegrown entertainment, games, delicious food and fun.

Hanging out with good friends (or making new ones) around the picnic tables or playing badminton and Frisbee—what a great way to spend a summer Tuesday night! For three Tuesday nights each summer, we invite the community to join us for cookouts in the park adjacent to the Community Center. We serve hamburgers, hot dogs, bratwurst, grilled chicken, salads, fruit, chips, desserts and all the “fixin’s,”and then people are invited to hang out for as long as they like afterwards, too. These are fun events each summer for our neighbors, families and friends—a great way to get to know each other! Everyone is invited, and the event is absolutely free!
